CompactPCI® Express (EXP.0) is a PICMG® standard for high performance modular industrial computers, based on PCI Express® high speed signals over the backplane. Either hybrid systems (classic CompactPCI® and CompactPCI® Express cards in a common rack), or native systems can be configured.
